Memo to Chicago Plan Commission on Obama Presidential Center

In the Fall 2018 course, Urban Space, Place, and Institution students constructed memos to the Chicago Plan Commission analyzing planning issues surrounding the Obama Presidential Center in Jackson Park.  Class readings on the urban theories of Urban Ecology, Urban Economics, and Political Economy provided a lens through which to view the proposed center.
