Institutional Assessment of Planning: ABLA Homes

In the Fall 2018 course Urban Space, Place, and Institutions, student groups examined a development within the City of Chicago as an institutional assessment.  My group examined the public housing developments located south of UIC's campus, the ABLA Homes.  The destruction, rebuilding, and redevelopment of these housing projects allowed us to assess the Chicago Housing Authority's Plan for Transformation.
